YAY!!!

Passed my 2.4 run. A piece of good news in a bleak world... which is getting worse lately. Ah well, anyways, 12.32 for my run. My second-best timing, and I think my personal best for the first 4 laps (1.6k), of 7:30 minutes. Had a BIG stitch, then walked many times for the last two laps, which is why they took up of around 2:30 each
