Yesterday was a busy day for us. Soon after waking up I got together with a friend who is beginning to train her dog to be a pschiatric service animal. She wanted Buddy and I to act as a natural distraction while she tested her dog om a few things. Immediately after that Tracey had an appointment to be re-evaluated for PCA and other services since she has more care needs right now. On a good note it looks like she will be getting many more PCA hours, plus OT, PT, and other things. Not exactly fun, but we're glad she can get the help that she needs. After that came Tracey's appt with OT. It was mainly an introductory appt, but we made sure to discuss the fact that we need a better shower chair. With the OT's help we spent some time picking one out from a catalog. It looks like it will be MUCH better than the one that we have now.
Unfortunately we had to cancel karate at the last minute because the maintenace guy is sick and wasn't around to unlock the community room for us.
