so I have a sorta hobby.
well, more like I was bored, and read an article about "Mansinthe" which annyed the hell out of me thinking the man is making a buck off stuff people cut their ears on.
okay, I'm tired and rambling. heh.
So I ordered a kit from GreenDevil.com and it got here in two days. Natch fast! I added it to the required alcohol bases and jugged it up. Now i'm looking in at it as it sits in my pantry for the next week more or less before I decant it and add more things to macerate in. This is better explained with pictures as my wording may be slurred. :p

All the ingredients all lined up in a row.
And I'm brewing sweet tea as well. Heh.
2 bottles of 151 proof grain alcohol. So smooth is just burns all the way down. Here's to you, Hawkeye!
1 bottle 100 proof Smirnoff. :)
A bottle of sparkling blood orange limonade, from France. Damn frenchies, making delicious things. Makes it hard to hate them. :p
The bottles are perfect because of the stopper tops and the size. Plus the shape is vaugely Van Gogh. I'll add some green faires onto the bottle if I swing by Michels Crafts.
Baggie of the herbs and wormwood in the jar, one bottle of the good stuff into it to sit and soak into the bag. It smells almost like anise liquor. Interesting.

Two bottles into it now. I tried a gulp of the mixed booze. WHOA.
I tried to light it but I need a fire extinguisher first. :p
The jug is full. Muwahahahaha!
It looks sorta like a pickle in there.
Yup, demonic pickle. Heh.

Actually, it's my pantry/booze locker. The other bottles will be here for a week watching their new shelfmate turn green with envy. Heh.
