speaking of coffee, and i might've written about this here already but i'm too hyper to check at the moment if i have or not have basically i just would rather type the fuck out of this thing at the moment instead of searching for that lj entry, but uhhhh
SLEEP.
found out the importance of that fucking thing.

been sick THREE FUCKING TIMES this year even after eating healthy as fuck and i'm positive it's because the workouts at MD had been really fucking hard lately and i haven't been getting enough sleep. i looked back and realized that i've been going to bed super late the past couple months now and waking up early. basically getting no sleep/rest, whatever. not enough for my body to recover from all the stress and hard work it's goin through. fuckin crazy, man. athletes have no life. but it feels so fucking good when you're performing well in races. so like, wtf do i do .

unfortunately, coffee only makes you more aware of your surroundings and doesn't make you feel as good as you would with 8hrs of sleep. trust me on this. (and then there's molly...)
