Pictures!
Got a CD of pictures from my parents yesterday. Here's a cute one of me and my sweetie-pie niece. This was taken last year at Christmas during the big snowstorm. Kaitlynn is about three and is still a little confused by this strange dude who shows up and grandma and grandpa's house every now and then with goofy hair and glasses. She wouldn't come near me at first, but eventually I won her over with a bowl of those tiny marshmallows. Strangers with candy, indeed.
This one is from the Meyer Boys' fishing trip to Lake Cumberland. For the record, this one is Damascus. The Sam Adams hat was my dad's idea. I think it's one of like three times in my adult life I've worn a baseball hat. This one may need to be a new user icon. At least I was able to talk Dad and Mike into Coronas instead of bud light. Oh! If you click through to the rest of the pictures, there's one of a deer swimming! Why didn't anyone ever tell me deer could swim?
