previously on x-men
wow... nerdy title. but who cares, cuz it's UPDATE TIME!
imma give it all in brief, so that way y'all actually read it. first off, i went to this semi-cheesy-self-help-like-thingy with my mother and my father. my brother had already gone and his change convinced us to go too. we went, i was disenfranchised slightly, and i thought i was sinking into depression even deeper than i had before. kinda true, but for different reasons this time.
i was disappointed with my life and i knew something had to change. i am going to quit whole foods.
i have nothing lined up, but i did run into a guy from Cryptic Studios (City of Heroes/Villains) and we talked about his upcoming project Champions. he's gonna hook me up with the beta test, but in my email i asked if they were hiring and if i could talk to him over lunch. hopefully shit pans out and i get a job making video games. sex on the beaches, no?
if that doesn't work out, i'll probably fly around the world or something else crazy.
in the meantime, i reconnected with Cinnamin recently. she was the girl i slept with like two posts ago. it turns out that she's also fucking amazing and continues to surprise me and blow my mind every time i talk to her. it is so refreshing learning that there are people of depth out there still. we actually haven't boned (despite my desires) as a result of her current monogamous relationship (boo monogamy!).
also, since Cody has come back, we have had some of the most incredible conversations (late night drive style) that i have ever experienced. i realize now that i am truly gifted when it comes to my friends. speaking of which, i'm going to call Hillary now.
