I think anyone who got sued for "downloading" music deserves their punishment. You only can be prosecuted for UPLOADING music to other people, and all you have to do is fucking check the box on whatever program you use so that you're not sharing any files. This loser GOON at Fordham got sued and would always rant about it and I always wanted to stab him in the eyeballs.
