I'm awful. Today I bought a new showerhead(BB&B)... something I've been thinking about for over a year since of my two showerheads one is tall enough but weak, and the other is ultra powerful but way short(no they can't be switched). I really like the damien rice disc, but I can only listen to about 3 songs in a row or I get all melancholy and start questioning my reasons for living.

I'm sure the movie "closer" helps out in that department... have you seen it? If not, "the blower's daughter" is in it - and of course the movie is especially cheerful.

I did see it, and it made me go home and dust off the cd again. same results.

I remember falling asleep with it playing once... toward the end, there is this song with an opera singer in it. woke me up and COMPLETELY freaked me out.

Hey, you being the dj and all... have you heard of "the wrens"? I'm sure you have... I started listening to their "the meadowlands" album about a year ago and I still listen to it compulsively. Can you recommend any similar bands? It's a shame I can't find their earlier album anywhere ("secaucus"), but maybe it'd ruin it for me.
