end of the year dinner 2012 （忘年会）

this has been an up and down week.  it started with an up when we had our end of the year dinner on Tuesday for the daycare staff.  i had a half day then, so i was lucky enough to go back home and get spruced up unlike some of my other coworkers.  i also left Kay in hubs' care that night, so i was free to talk with my coworkers and actually *gasp*

omg, really? talk about hurting your wallet with those mother luncheons! i think it was a good call and didn't really hurt anyone since it was Noah's last year at the yochien. now you've got smooth sailing all the way until they both get into JHS! wow... i can't believe that's actually going to happen in a couple more years for B! ;_; kids grow up so fast these days....

yea, it sucks with my hours, but kinda inevitable since the number of kids is just not going up at all... now, the shyacho-san wants to admit 0-1 year olds!! can you believe it??? that's a whooole different ball game than what she's playing right now...not to mention it'll cost her more, because caretaker to baby ratio will have to go up in order for things to be legal :P

oh, and don't worry about your comments. they are screened just as yours are since i get a lot of spam on LJ :P the moment you press comment, it goes to my inbox and i get it no matter what. it's only when i unscreen it on LJ is when it gets published. :) sorry about that!
