rabbit rabbit! and Kay's development
i'll take this time to say a few things on Kay's development:
we tried to take out her afternoon nap last week, but it didn't work, so we're back to her regular napping schedule.
Kay has grown into a size 16 cm shoe.
she is still not fully potty trained in the fact that she still wears a diaper when i take her out (don't like using public toilets...), but she's perfectly trained at home except for a couple of accidents here and there. she isn't fully night trained yet, but she can hold it through some nights :)
the little artist inside of her is starting to come out in the form of family portraits she's been making. granted we all look like little amoebas with eyes, legs and arms, but it's a start! her tracing is improving as well, and she'll only use light blue and light green markers. ^_^;;
that's all that i can think of right now. i have a new class that starts tomorrow, so i've been pretty preoccupied with planning it. it's a class of 3-4 yo girls, so that'll be fun to see how Kay interacts with them. she's been a bit rowdy and restless lately, so i've had to keep her at home when i teach sometimes :(
i might have another new class to teach in the middle of this month, but the mom is still looking for other students, so we'll see how that turns out.
with that, i'll leave you with what Kay is learning in our playgroup. so far, she can say up to 8 lines in the beginning :)
