considering that there's less than two weeks until Chinese New Year, i guess i should have seen the weather coming. it's around 12-14 degrees centigrade now, which is cold enough to make me take out my down coat. it's also been raining lately, so that makes things even worse when you're out. thank goodness Kay and i have stayed home for the past few days. hopefully, it'll stay this way and not be like last week where we had hot weather during the day and cold weather at night. a lot of my friends got sick because of that. :(
Kay has been taking up most of my time since she's staying awake more throughout the day and taking fewer naps. my sister comes over almost every day to play with her. she's only got a little over five more weeks before she moves out from next door and starts her new life. she plans on having kids by next year and she's been asking me all sorts of questions about getting pregnant. we were talking the other day about what sign she wanted her baby to be. after going through each sign's pros and cons and which signs she liked and hated, she decided to have a Cancer or a Leo in the end. she asked if i'd planned mine, and i said that i only wanted to have a baby before Saito-san's next birthday. so, i guess it was sort of planned, but my window of time was a looot more flexible. :) my sister is turning 30 this year, meaning she'll be put in the high-risk pregnancy category. hope she doesn't have any problems with her future Xavier or Zoe :) yes, she's already got names picked out...
