Happy New Year!!
the weather here finally turned cold (like under 15 degrees centigrade...), so thank gawd that our place is warmer than other places we've stayed at. because of the weather, we didn't want to go out.
so we spent the day at home working and then commenced with our annual tradition of watching the Japanese Kohaku program with hot pot as our stuffing dinner. this year was a little different because other than enjoying the program, we had to keep Kay entertained through some of the parts she thought that were boring. well actually, she didn't think much of it. so after the first ten minutes, she started to fuss and we ended up taking turns playing with her through the whole show. it was ok though since not all the music artists in the program were people that i liked. she played until she got too tired and fell asleep at 11:15.
after the show, we taped a small message for the in-laws, which was silly but fun none the less ^_^ here's the clip. Happy new year everyone!!
