Boone's Farm is Magical...and other random thoughts
1) Expanding on the post's title: Seriously, a couple of weeks ago, I searched the fridge for my bottle of Boone's Farm and could not find it. Friday, I look in the fridge and see its glorious white cap sticking out from underneath the drawer for meats and cheeses. Either this elixir is capable of disappearing or someone read about my sadness over the missing bottle and snuck into my home to replace it. Whatever the case, I was just happy to have it back where it belonged.
2) Boone's Farm is the perfect way to cap off an evening of over-eating and stressing out about what lame movie to watch. Apologies to Shane and Ted on this one, but we are people who have problems branching out and taking part in something that we don't fully understand. We like control and order... and Boone's Farm... and High School Musical.
3) I recently remembered that I loved the show "Sports Night" and am afraid that I'm going to end up buying the complete series DVD when I go up to Champaign tomorrow. Chris, Melinda, and I were the only people that I ever knew of who watched it. It was the first in a string of shows that the critics and I loved, but were ultimately cancelled/in danger of being cancelled. Sports Night was my first experience of the pain that comes with having such fine taste in regards to television shows. I rented the DVDs last week and was reminded of how funny and sweet a show it was. Plus, I'm very shallow and Peter Krause is very pretty. In conclusion, I'm probably going to spend about 50 bucks on this damn TV show tomorrow.
4) I just looked up S Club 7's profile on Wikipedia because I've been listening to my guilty pleasure CD for the last 3 days and wondered what happened to those crazy Brits. Apparently, they broke up in 2003, but I believe Paul and Hannah are still together. Thank God! I hope they all "reach for the stars!"
