Then, Sam realizes they live in a Bunker full of all kinds of magical information. He finds a spell that increases the elasticity of the body, and suddenly, Dean can eat more pie than before! However, he still gets tired of the mechanical process of eating after a while, and he's gotta digest all that sugary goodness, so they reach another limit--but Sam's the one not satisfied.
He finds two more spells--one to speed up the processes of Dean's body to make the digesting portion easier on his brother and one to multiply what's already in his stomach. Dean's wary, so they start out using the spell to only double the belly. He eats until he's exhausted, and then Sam casts the doubling spell, spends a little time with the belly, and then casts the digestion spell. It's a system that works for a while, until Sam wants that belly to be even bigger.
Deans's developed a bit of a gut over time because of this, but neither mind.
Life gets extra crazy for a while, and they don't have time to indulge for a long time, so Sam convinces Dean to let him increase the factor of the multiplication spell (you can pick how much). Maybe it's his birthday or some other holiday. Dean's been feeling a little off recently, but he misses it too, so he agrees.
When Sam casts the multiplication spell, the belly seems to just keep going, and they can't figure out why until it finally settles down and moves. It turns out that Dean was pregnant (consequences of playing with magic, A/B/O, hand wave it, whatever), and the food in his stomach wasn't the only thing that got multiplied and sped up.
While they're both shocked, Sam is ecstatic that this belly will be around for longer than usual and will probably only get bigger. Scratch that--definitely will. Now Sam's got a whole family to feed.
