Right before Dean went to Purgatory he was pregnant (like 3 or 4 months or something). And while in purgatory with Benny his stomach continues to grow, effecting his ability to fight due to the size. Maybe something in purgatory is messing with his system so he can't give birth, making him really overdue. I just want hugely pregnant Dean with a helpful Benny. Bonus points if Dean's pregnant with multiples.

More time passed, and Dean’s womb seemed to grow visibly day to day. Some areas of his skin were becoming an angry, shiny red, and bursting seemed like a real danger. Kicking from the babies was no longer visible from the outside because the skin could stretch no further--it was almost rock hard to the touch. Dean was in almost constant pain, so he could be forgiven for not noticing that his body had finally decided enough was enough until his water broke ( ... )
