Hunting doesn't pay, so the Winchesters have to make money doing whatever else they're good at. For Dean, it's eating. He stumbles upon the on-line feederism community (or maybe Sam does and thinks it's a possuble way to bring home bank, as much as Dean like to eat.) Anyway, they figure out that people will actually PAY to watch Dean stuff himself silly.
Can be Dean's first time (and he likes it!) or a little down the road: Dean's getting a belly and the bigger he makes it, the more people pay to watch him get stuffed. Sam masterminds the payment set-up and vidding.
