8 days till x-mas

After working 7 days, its great to know that tomorrow I don't have to run after the bus to get the work again. I've had long working weeks, but to get honest, its not as rough as it was when i worked in the states. At least I am awake now when i am at work, whereas before, I still manage to 'sleep' and zone out while checkin ppl out at the desk. I also miss MB alot and wished that she was the other mgt trainee at the hotel. MB is currently spending a whole week in Spain... how nice. The other girl is really nice, but i just don't think we are in the same wavelength, hopefully as we get to know each other abit more and it will get better. Gonna watch Narnia ( heard it was good from a friend) and have dinner with her on monday =DD Another graduate which i met during the assessment is coming down to London for a visit tomorow. She was the only person that i kept in touch with, she reminded me abit of MB, she works at Tudor Park and its a nice suburb/park east of London. So gonna have a drink with her tomorrow night. Right now i am trying to cram in Six Feet Under season 2, cause i forgot that it was due today, so i still have 4 episodes left. As for tomorrow afternoon, Leslies cousins are in town and they have decided to go to Portebello road which reminds me that the market is closed tomorrow... hmm. oh well.

5 days till i am on a 16 hour flight, Kobe beef, here i come!!!

On a side note, i was bored the other day and i started to search for some mba programs in my 'long term' plan of things to do...
I asked Anita but she said it wasn't worth it, its different for her cause her degree IS an mba.. but for me its abit different.
I think i need another stupid paper to validate my education.. or i just feel like spending over 40,000 a year for it, who knows.
A few university that came to mind, Cornell, UPenn, McGill, LBS, U of T.. i think it depends how much money i save up after 5 years... Cdn ones are more of my budget, but we'll see if the other ones are worth it or not... and well GMAT, and how much bullshit i can say about why i wanna be in their program blah blah blah... is it worth it? To be honest what did i really learn from my B.Comm? Will the mba make an impact in my life?

SHort term wise, if i do get my visa, i plan to do an ba in modern language, french/mandarin. but that also depens on my budget since i am saving n. these days. OR the option of training to be a yoga teacher. mm ideas anyone?

getting sleepy. screw 6 six feet under... Zzzzzzzz
