Anyone wanna join me at Numbers July 31st to see a band called REEL BIG FISH? I heard about them from Lil Ashley and I really like them... I think entry is 15 bucks if you buy it at numbers. Anyways, Thats that plug. Carrie, if you're in town- wanna go? I know you read this.
I got my car back today- The total damage was not as bad as I had thought- it came out to 1500 dollars. Wait, maybe thats what I thought it was going to be. I had to pay 500, hope I get it back I hope I get it back. Ive been a pretty big Eminem fan ever since Slim Shady came out back in early 99... I sat down today and listened to the Slim Shady LP, the Marshall Mathers LP, and the Eminem Show and It reminded me of why I liked his songs- they all go somewhere and have a point. Its not the typical "shake yo booty" or "lets grind" type rap... its meaningful storytelling and I can appreciate that... even though my momma and many people like her just hear the 4 letter words here and there and discount its full meaning.
I might go out with brice today to get some drinks at a coffee place. Tessa might join along too depending on where it is.
