They Might Be Giants in Sydney
I bought these tickets in February 2023, setting an alarm so I could get good seats. Ten minutes after tickets went on sale, all I could get was the upper balcony. Not to fret; after the second song, They put up the house lights to take a picture, and we spied the empty seats of a couple of no-shows. From there, we could see the band. The house certainly was packed.
Two sets, two encores, all of Flood, all of Fingertips, and another 20 songs. Best TMBG show I've seen in three decades.
