I Couldn't Find Vegan Buns

I couldn't find vegan hamburger buns. So I made some.



This is an Amy's burger with cherry tomatoes, red onions, and red chard.

This was a bread machine recipe that called for butter and an egg. I used a flax egg and Bio-Plus-3 margarine. The rolls turned out fluffy and moist and damn good.

Eta: I baked another batch to freeze, and made finger rolls, too.



Brown mushrooms sautéed with garlic and oregano; tomatoes and red chard tossed with olive oil, Bariani balsamic vinegar, and black pepper.
