ha! so yea today didn't seem like it was gonna be so great. but it was!
hung out with my friend that i haven't seen in a year today. she came all the way down from lynden! that was awesome.
then i got to see jen today which was hella cool. we haven't hung out in like a week but it felt a lot longer. we ate jack in the box, talked to her while she packed, tried to fix her water heater and then went out for coffee! it was great fun. what was even better was when teah tried to give me shit and jen totally had my back. to be honest i never really had anyone stick up for me before. i've never depended on anyone else, and to have her be there for me and stick up for me was quite the surprise. and im very greatful. even if she was yelling at teah on the phone and being hella pissed off at her. it still was greatly appreciated by me. Jenn is so awesome, im glad i got to see her before she left for her friend's party.
i also got to see her mother and brother in their house all together. that was quite interesting. her family reminds me so much of mine. i felt pretty comfortable talking to them and actually being there. i usually feel akward and shy being at someone else's house.
teah of course wanted to pitch me shit when i got home, but i had such a great time prior to that, that it really didn't even matter. she'll get over it lol.
