I have been so amazingly busy the past three months.
So quick update, Saturday I appear before a panel of federal judges.
No, I am not a criminal defendant.
I am a moot court finalist. Only two survive out of an initial field of 123.
Will my client prevail? Will I get bench slapped? Will the Judges take me away on the absurd hypothetical train? No one knows!
