Good ole' boy Michael Brown is still employed as a consultant by FEMA.
And here is the good part. He is a consultant hired to help assess what went wrong with the response ot Hurricane Katrina.
I would hope that it would be rather obvious at this point that the problems were 1) Michael Brown, 2) Obsessive adherance to pointless regulations, 3) Head in ass syndrome.
At this point I think it is safe to say that FEMA is more dysfunctional than the Department of Education. And it takes hard work to mess up that badly.
