Le Eek!
Yikes! It's less than two weeks until we head off for the Philippines and Dan hasn't gotten his passport yet. I keep having these nightmares that he isn't able to go with us for some reason or another. I know the passport places are very busy especially this time of the year, and especially since they're now requiring passports to fly to Canada and Mexico, but still, we sent the application back in Feb. So I called them today, and they said they'd expedite it. And that it'll get here in five days. But I'm still freaking out, lol. I want my Dandan to go :(
Also, YAY! I got my unknown in organic chemistry right. It was 1-phenylethanol. Yeehee!
And for some reason the stupid website for Verizon is not letting me on. Freakin' bastards. Hmm.
So...Dan's going bowling tonight again and I'd like to go watch him but I guess I had better stay home and work on school stuff. I can't wait 'til this semester is over. Then it'll be summer and Dan wants me to go to work with him whenever I don't have work. That's cool, I'll be able to do a lot of reading for pleasure. I haven't done that in a long time.
I guess, given that we're gonna be spending a lot of time together this summer, that I can stand being away from him for a few hours today :) Plus it is so dang expensive to buy gas to go there.
But I'm so excited to be going on vacation with him and Sandra soon! I have bought pretty much everything I wanted to buy to bring on the trip, to give away as gifts and what not. Oh, and guess what! My cousin Jennifer says that my kitties, Macaroni and Cheese, are still alive, and that they have kitties, and that their kitties have kitties! So I'm like, a great-grandma lmfao.
Hmm. Last stretch of the semester. I am eager for it to be over with. One more weekend, and then finals. This weekend, Matt and probably Paula will come stay with us, and we're gonna go watch Spiderman 3 (I can't believe how many grown men are so excited about Spiderman!), then Matt and Dan are going to start on the major renovations in the house. Matt likes to do construction so they're going to fix up the crooked floor before Dan starts putting in the tile and carpet. It's going to be so kick-ass. Except...I wonder how I'm going to study with them doing renovations lol. Guess it's off to the library with me :P
