Askdjhkjhgklsfjg. Holy crap, this thing is bamf and the editing is a work of GLORY. It's especially awesome if you're intimately familiar with the first Watchmen trailer. And it has made me plenty nostalgic by only using scenes from S1 and 2 of Heroes. And has accomplished the impossible: i.e., actually made me excited about catching up on S3 (I think my housemates and I have a backlog of three episodes now).
Plus, AHAHAHAH DAMN STRAIGHT NOAH = RORSCHACH. My favourite men coalesced into one!
And its linked article article re: why movie trailers can't point guns at the audience is worth a read. Fucking hilarious oh my god.
Also, I didn't notice this until I was looking at some massive HQ screencaps --- I didn't realise Rorschach was using a Veidt hairspray can! I just checked, and that visual detail's in the comic too, but it is actually far too small to notice. Screw all the non-believers, I trust in Snyder's sumptious attention to detail. Or maybe I'm just failcore for never noticing it before (?).
I also went wading through IMDB pseudo-wank. That was a bad idea. At least they're better than Youtube flamewars, though. Sometimes better writers. Better snark.

ETA: Watching a video of the final boss battle in Chrono Trigger DS. This, plus talking about Chrono Cross with Dima last week or something, has me horribly nostalgic. Schala. Janus. Ilu. ;___; Kid and Serge and Harle and alskldmgnff goddddd the stories in these games were so good. I will admit to hoping in vain for a third one, someday. Somehow.
ETA2: Aaaaand now I'm watching a video of Cloud & Sephiroth fighting in Dissidia: Final Fantasy. I am just being all old-school in my fangirling today, aren't I? I find it fascinating, though, because the ~~eternal struggle between Cloud and Sephiroth sort of reach a Batman/Joker height in video game fandom. Sephiroth is like The Biggest Video Game Villain ever, and experiences this enduring popularity -- from pwning everyone else in Gamefaqs' annual "Best Character Ever" showdown to the extended, badass tribute to him at the end of Video Games Live. You get to see Cloud and Sephiroth duking it out again and again, from Advent Children to Kingdom Hearts to Dissidia. I don't know. I just find this enduring fascination interesting.
Aaaaaand now I'm just being hopelessly geeky everywhere. Time to go work!
