(no subject)
Despite a slight hollowness in my chest the last few days have been pretty sweet. Yesterday, friday, I sat around all day in my PJs worked out for an hour or so and then got a call from work saying that I am on a lay off cycle till next week, then if they need me they will call me and tell me to come back. I could really take it or leave it, I def don't enjoy it and from talking to my friends they all make a lot more then I do. Altho I do enjoy the exercise, my arms and legs are definitly feeling a lot more defined. So anyways, this next week should be awesome, going snowboarding monday with Matt, his dad and his bro. then I may be going clubbing with Al and Brie tuesday, then the rest of the week will have to fill itself in.
Ok well I got a lil offtrack, friday i hung out with matt and then went to the Elektic stick to play pool for a lil while b4 the new friday tradition of going to Denny's late at night. I spent the night at Matt's and it was kewl to see Jared and Lil' Soucy. In the morning i came home and wrapped up my sister's present and my families, just to have them unwrap it less then 15 minutes later. My sis got me a microwave, which i kinda new i was gunna get, and smallville season 1 on DVD. She seemed to enjoy the 50 dollars, ornament and Gilmore Girls fifth season DVD set that I got her and my paretnst liked the thought behind the four phone set that i got them even though it has to be returned since it would interfer with my wireless internet.
After presents we went to Calver's cuz my mom ate there for work and really liked it. I must say I see why Allie likes it so much. Then we stopped off at the salvation army and i bought a snazzy new leather coat. This selfish buying then continued with my family going to mediaplay since they are having a going out of business sale, I got the braveheart soundtrack, boondock saints(though I wanted to get Fight Club or Braveheart), and I got a FM transmitter for my laptop. With the transmitter i can now play music on every speaker in my basement, if not the entire house!!. Quite the steal for only thirty bucks.
I can't wait for christmas, I need to have some family around since I've been in a semidepressed mood latly. Something to cheer me up. Well I still have 9 decent sized packadges out by the tree so that aughta pick me up some.
Ok well I have taken up too much of your time, so I will get to the good part.
