Here's version 1.1 of Rob's card. It is similar to the card Rob submitted except that I made it red/blue instead of white/blue because I think that the wackiness of the card is within red's flavor and not white's. Also, the no-life-gain ability is clearly red (Sulfuric Vortex). Rob didn't submit a card type so I made it "Legendary Creature -- Planeswalker." There was also a fourth ability that prevented players from countering spells if there are three or more players in the game. I removed this because it made the rules text so long that there was no room for flavor text, and because I thought that it was strategically debatable, and because it was irrelevant for the communal deck, which contains no counters. :P Rob's head was taken from a picture he provided, and I decided to use Meddling Mage for it. I then changed the leftside hand to be red instead of white using the magic of Fireworks. Lastly, the subtitle was changed from "Strategist Extraordinaire" to "Super Strategist" because the name was so long that it ran into the mana cost.
The question then is what Rob (and others if they wish to comment) think of:
1) the name
2) the picture
3) the color(s)
4) the card type
5) the rules text (should a new ability replace the removed one and eliminate the flavor text?)
