Morsels of happiness
If happiness was a cookie, Cookie Monster gobbled it up this week. But, I totally found crumbs everywhere. They were delicious.
1) My boy
Yes, it's mushy. Actually, cheesy is more appropriate at the moment.
2) My bow and arrows
Literally, got a gorgeous recurve bow today and splurged on some hot arrows. Gerry then showed me this free archery range open to the public (public park style, yo). Totally going tomorrow.
3) My new music
Spent most of last night with my guitar and have some new tunes of my own.
But, the real surprise is a band called Scissors for Lefty that completely brought a smile to my face and some adorable tunes to bounce to. A lot of fun to listen to, especially their tracks "Ghetto Ways" "Nickels and Dimes" and "Next to Argyle".
4) Mad-a-zine
That's right. Production of this year's Mad-a-zine has begun. Writers are staying up late and devising insidious plots and jokes for the annual publication. If you want in... tell me.
