(no subject)
From the very start of this one, I got the feeling they were trying to angle us toward a Vincent/Tessa hookup. I still think Jason/Tessa could be more interesting, but they seem determined to go with Jason/Nicole. *sigh* Ah, well. I enjoy Vincent, so I don't mind seeing him get a love interest.
As for Tessa's outfit when she was on the desk - wow! Did anyone else think it was sort of, er.....not the most appropriate outfit she could have chosen? I think I've seen belts bigger than that skirt. ;-) However, I kinda liked her hair down and curly.
Jason/Nicole....meh. I'm just not as interested in them as I am in the other characters.
As for MJ/Chris......what happened? I'm assuming that MJ finally got over her issues and called Chris - and that he obviously hadn't been too alienated by her - because they seemed pretty happy and cute together tonight. But it would have been nice to see them make up, and to see MJ finally get over it.
Gabriel....I loved how befuddled he was with Carter. And I was amused to see him laugh off the Christy situation. After all of his talk about love and such last week, I figured he'd be brokenhearted, so it was funny to see that his reaction was basically "Oh, well, it was fun while it lasted."
I get that Nicole is director of guest relations, but she did seem to be spending a lot of time focusing on just Ava. I mean, sure, that's her friend and she was in town for Nicole's birthday, but it almost seemed like Nicole was slacking on the job to me.
Next week looks good, at least in regards to MJ/Chris stuff. But I wonder if poor Frankie is ever going to get a story.
