So as far as resolutions go, I'm falling short a little bit. But I'd consider all the proposed changes as pretty dramatic, so I that's to be expected. I've lost 8 lbs mostly on a diet change. I've just become more conscious about nutrition and eliminated all the crappy foods from my diet. This week I've basically lived off of apples, tomato soup, salad with chicken breast and balsamic vinaigrette, pb&j on wheat, wheat thins, mixed nuts, granola (with honey and raisins), frosted mini wheats and skim milk. I feel like a squirrel. I've also eaten so much salad that I poop green. As long as I don't get high, I don't eat bad, but I have to enjoy my weekends.
My diet will contain more protein as I start working out more to prep for football. Its kinda rough since most of the gyms on campus are all under renovation, so the one gym that is open is jam packed all the time.
Poker, I've just plain been too tired from class to dedicate any time to it. I'm hoping to start next month after I've managed my time better.
And as for school, well I can proudly say that I've been to every class so far except for 1. I'll be missing more next week though because I'll be in San Francisco (booked the tickets before I knew I got in).
Speaking of which, I'm going to San Francisco!
