Partial Update
Well, I haven't used this for a very long time, thats for sure. Hope that everyone is doing well though most of the people on here I don't talk to much anymore. Nothing against any of you, I just have been not talking to many people overall lately, not sure what it is. Trying to get settled but right now my finances make me want to rip my hair out with trying to balance everything. That is why I'm trying to get a second job, at least part time if not a second full time job. After this month things should be a little better though I am not going to be able to meet my goal of hitting my own apartment in January. Even if I got a second full time job it'd be a minimum of February or March before I would feel I could afford to do the move. Still have a lot of apartment hunting to do along with that as well so I'm not even sure where I'll try to get in or have any semblance of a clue as to what the price range will be for what I may want/need.
I have been feeling a desire to talk to more and more people lately, since I'm awful at making new friends and such I've tried a little bit to get ahold of a few old contacts though the only real one I've been able to hang out with lately was my cousin which was this past Saturday. Had the day off, well my old shift of 6pm-2:30 am off since they had originally scheduled me to work 6pm-2:30 am and 2am-10:30 am. Got that switched and worked Last wednesday, splitting my three days off in a row because of one of my float days, and got Saturday night off instead. It was nice seeing him, and his son though the little guy was afraid of me for the first bit of time, guess it's been awhile since I've seen him. Got to see his wife for a bit too which was nice, as it's fun being able to talk with them and such. Apparently though it was this past weekend and not next weekend when my sister had planned to have a bunch of people over and that would have been fun too but she didn't remember I had the day off to mention it to me and of course I didn't ask about it.
Still a little depressed about the female situation but that's something I'm growing more and more used to. Went up to Cedar Falls on Dec 1st which was fun. Got to see a few people even though I didn't get to see the concert that I basically have paid $77 dollars for tickets to go and see because they delayed it for a day. Ended up working at my old job though most of the day, and that was only after I decided to randomly pop over and visit my old boss, so wasn't expecting to do that. The Panthers lost in the football game though sadly, though they won the basketball game I worked at later that night when I should have been at that concert. Then I found out they lost Tuesday to Iowa too which was a little sad. Not nearly as bad as the 49ers, but it's still sad to see losses, especially since in football they were undefeated going into the quarterfinal game that they lost in. Oh well, it's fun to watch the games all the same. I hope someone beats the Patriots this year though it's looking like at least the regular season is under their belts.
Been catching up on a lot of movies as of late that I've wanted to see or have heard were good. Also been seeing some new releases, most of these through the Family Video near my sisters house. Speaking of such have to head there to drop off a movie and was going to look at some of the other movies I've been thinking of. Have a few other errands I have to run today and such. Well this has been plenty long enough. Keep smiling, no matter how hard it may seem.
