Today, we had a site wide meeting to discuss changes to make to our company in the next year. People were very upset with this, knowing none of their suggestions would really be looked at. it was all in all depressing, till I started posting my suggestions. Sure I made serious ones, but really people- If I saw "Money is my motivator" one more time, i was going to scream. People need a sense of humor, and to lighten up. So, here are some of the questions and responses I made to them.
What motivates you?
Imminant danger. Boulder chases, gun fights, the possiblity of death if it is not completed. And cheese cake.
What could we automate?
Simple: Replace us all with robots.
What does your plate look like?
Square with orange daisies on them. They're from the dollar store though, so I will probably be replacing them soon. Oh but if you're talking about work, it's pretty daunting.
What kind of metrics would you like to see?
GEO-metrics! Don't get me started on cubes.
