Outright ToS
Now this is the way to start off a Terms of Service agreement:
1. You must be 13 years or older to use this Service. If you are under 13 and running your own business, number one - you're awesome; number two, please get a parent to manage an account for you :-)
2. Only human beings are allowed to use the Service. No accounts created by bots, scripts, other automated methods or alien life forms are permitted.
