I answer the phone angrily, as Master Elehung keeps chasing pretty girls but doesn't let me stop working to do the same. There's a woman in the shop now and he won't leave her alone. "Hello

(OOC- Honami is still a NPC at the moment, so if you want to use her fro a plot, feel free to ask. ^^)
My jaw drops when he asks for Tatsuya, because while I know I'm not the only person looking for him, he doesn't look like anyone who's looking for him right now. Okay, great, now I've confused myself.
"Um, all right," I say carefully. "What is the order, if I may ask?"
Ah. She seems to know him. Or she just wants something free. Could be either, really.
I lean in close, proud of the cover story I've prepared. "I have a special order of DISAPPEARING tennis shoes for him," I say, shifting the box awkwardly into one hand and tapping the side of my nose with the other.
"Um, of course." That's the worst cover story ever, but he seems sincere (if a little stupid), so I keep talking. "Okay, I can sign for that. Who sent you, by the way?"
She says she can sign for it. She must know something about him. Good. I'll have something to report back to Miki-chan and Master Shafu. Maybe Master Elehung will have stopped chasing girls by then and will be able to help me.
...who am I kidding.
"SCRTC Meisters," I say, smiling and showing her the label on the box. The label I designed.
... Okay, maybe he's not that stupid after all. I'm doing my best not to sputter, but it's real shock, knowing that they're also looking for Tatsuya. This must be bigger than I thought...
Carefully, I start to sign. "Um, can I ask you a couple of questions, sir? And maybe a favor?"
She signs the invoice for me. I wonder what she'll do with empty oil cans? "Um, can I ask you a couple of questions, sir? And maybe a favor?"
I nod. "Of course. Anything to help Asami Tatsuya." That's probably a little too obvious, but I can't be a perfect secret agent ALL the time. Oh, that's right, it'd probably be polite right now to tell her my name. "I'm Ken." I lean closer. "Gekichopper."
She hasn't told me anything yet, but she also hasn't tried to kill me, hasn't tried to run off with the package, and I'm not entirely sure if I've asked her any actual questions. Whoops. So I'm inclined to trust her. "Masaki Miki," I say softly, looking around to make sure there's no one close enough to overhear me. "She was contacted about the, uh, disappearance."
Suppose I should ask her something, now. What should I ask first? If she's single? ...no, that'd be stupid. "Are you a friend of his? Do you know anything about what happened?"
"... Yes. Yes, I am a friend of Asami Tatsuya's." There's too much too explain, so I take the packet-- with the location of what should be the building Tatsuya's locked in-- and hand it to him. I also give him a picture of the Christmas party back in 2000. "See these people? I need you to give this package to one of them-- can you for that?"
I frown at her. "All right... but can't you come as well? I don't know this area of town, and if they know him, then they probably know you as well. If you have information they'd probably want to hear it from you."
"It's really really tempting... but no. I, um, still have things I need to do." Speaking of, I need to get going... "Just find on of them, okay? They can explain it better than I can!"

I wonder if there's anywhere that sells good things to eat around here. Like menchikatsu. It's tiring, being a secret agent. I need fuel.
