Free At Last

It's sunday night and I have no commitments to make until wednesday, I hope? Feels good, feels very good and much needed. Now's the time to crawl out of my hole and do some social stuff to make up for the past... year or so. So why not make a to do list?

Reading;
- The Fierce Invalids Home from Hot Climates by Tom Robbins
- Notes from Underground by Fyodor Dostoevsky
- Animal Farm by George Orwell
- The Prophet by Kahlil Gibran
and possibly 1 or 2 more...

Activties;
- Join a gym, any gym. Go at least once/week
- Get a fishing license. Fish.
- Get a bike. Saves a lot of needless walking.
- Get in contact with people. Make plans.
- Get down to St Denis when the time comes (go to a gala?)
(If I feel like it) - get a second job. Nothing intimate. Just some extra dough
* - Take a trip, with or without people. Where? Who cares?

Goals;
- Pay off student loan
- Buy 1 gig of random access memory. Install it.
* - Not become hoplessly addicted to WarCrack.
- Clean room, Clean up yard, Clean out closet.

Starting next week, I'll be doing ~3 to 4 shifts a week, therefore 34 to 40 hours. I need this summer to relax though, I've been hurtin since November for some serious free time and I really wanna get out there.

Fishing seems like a good idea, honestly. It gives me time to do my reading and get a tan. I've got all the equipment lying around here, maybe I might catch something? I'll have to find out where I can get a license.

The gym thing is self explanatory. I need mass. Badly.

Oh and the Warcraft thing, installed it today. With my new hard drive the thing runs like it should. Very decently. With the RAM installed, I'll be able to do battlegrounds at a ok frame rate (maybe 12-15 fps). Oh well, that's what I get for buying a mini.

So anyway, calling out to a certain saint_podkayne, when you free this week? The challenge is long overdue...

That is all. Out.

oh and baroness_lamia, Patty's essay was ridiculously easy. I wrote it in 2-3 hours and then ended up editing all my group's papers for fun (and group marks and in one case, $) I'm just glad it's over and done with. A joke I had going with my paper group was "She has X under her headband", I think we all came to the conclusion that it was either her third eye or antennae.

"Ok class let's all come to a temporary halt. Alright, now your mission, should you choose to accept it..." *shudder*
