Well, I passed my Aural Skills Exam!!!! I got all of the Harmonic Dictation right, go figure. Its about that time to turn in the good ole theory book.
So last night was the last string chamber concert. About 2 hours before the performance the cork poped out of my bow and the hair shrunk up. Now I have to go to Bernhardt and make them fix it before Showcase and the Student recital next week. It really sucks when you pay to have something fixed and a week later it breaks. I've only had this bow for ONE WEEK and it messes up. I expect good quality work from them, and somehow I didn't get it.
Good news, I got a full time job for the summer. Monday-Friday from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm. Six dollars an hour. Not to bad. I can still have lots of time to practice, and read. I have a ton of books I want to read over the summer. Also, I will have plenty of time to spend with my friends.
I'm really excited about studying with Sarah Johnson next year. I think I'll be able to get a good bit of work done. Hopefully she'll call me back today about having a lesson sometime next week.
Graduation is in a week and 2-3 days depending on how you count it.
