Yes, sometimes the flames are good, like when they're under a bacon wrapped hamburger dog, and other times they are bad, like when they're being used to grill a veggie burger.

Well, I couldn't (quickly) find any gods of vegetarians, but I did come across a reference that stated Saint David was the patron saint of vegetarians (and its on wikipedia, so of course, it has to be true).
