Okay, so I find it really depressing that when I was younger, the Olympics were just about the most exciting thing that happened on television every year. And you would watch figure skating, and downhill skiing, and just FLIP OUT when somebody did something awesome. I still do that now I guess, but I miss the fact that it was so much more exciting back then. But Shaun White is absolutely insane and he's too goofy for words. I absolutely love him.
Today I made Vegan Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Cookies and TJ and Alex almost ate all of them because they liked them so much! I'm seriously so proud because to make those two meat eaters appreciate ANYTHING without an animal product is hard work.
There is SO much snow on my roof deck you wouldn't even believe it. I took pictures, so maybe I'll even post some. For now you'll just have to trust me that attempting to sled down my front stoop consisting of four stairs on a cookie sheet was actually pretty fun.
I have so many papers and projects coming up on the most bizarre things; it is so fantastic.
Work got canceled today, but tomorrow will be way busy. The day before Valentine's Day will surely bring in tons of desperate men looking for something last-minute.
I get to celebrate Tuesday as "Long Distance Relationships are a Poop Day" with Alex and Leslie who share the same situation. We will enjoy fine dining at the Olive Garden and feast on endless salad and bread-sticks. What will you do?
