(no subject)
I'm watching the treehouse that Brooklyn Beckham has in his backyard, and it's nicer than my entire house. Celebrity children live unrealistic lives.
So I haven't updated since I left Philly, and that's without reason. I just haven't been on the computer at all as a result of my dinosaur of a laptop and it's inability to do anything remotely fast. The nine year old computer in that basement goes faster. On dialup.
Christmas was excellent. Both celebrations on each side of the family were nice and for a moment there, it really did feel like Christmas. I got really interesting presents too, including rain boots from Danny, and a longboard form my mom (consisting of a plank of wood wrapped in paper since she didn't know which type to buy me.) Both my mother and Danny are adorable.
New Years was honestly probably the best I've ever had. A last minute Potluck with my friends, plus dressing up all fancy like, was the best way to ring in the New Year. I think what made me happiest about it, was that no one bitched. No one complained. Everyone just did it, and it was awesome. Quinn wore a tux. I mean come on.
Otherwise I've been milling about, beading and working. I recently came to the conclusion that I literally have a problem with beads. Meaning I buy them like I'm paid to do it, and I have an obsession. It's not even a laughing matter. But who cares. It's my hobby...<> life <>
Anyway, to sum it up, break has been excellent, there are few complaints. I'm super excited to get back to Philly (especially since The Dresden Dolls, The Start, and Goldfinger will be there.)
