Someone left a pile of socks behind one of the couches in the Slytherin common room. I'm sure that everyone will appreciate it if the owner would pick them up and put it somewhere else. Besides the fact that the colours are horrendous, you are also causing a mess in the common room. Thank you.
Is there anyone who would like to volunteer to help a Fifth Year with Care of Magical Creatures? She is having problems with it, and claims that Professor Renfield isn't helping her much. Let me know if you are interested please, because she won't stop whining. I would also like to remind all of you that violence by physical or magical means is not allowed in the school, especially when there is no reason for it to happen in the first place. I don't think this needs to be reminded, since the older students should know better.
Failed Private Hex:
The last couple of days have been chaotic annoying busy, I suppose. I prefer this year's Arithmancy syllabus better than last year's, considering that it will involve more application than theory. Surprisingly, I am still alive. But that means I will need to write to Christine, though, because she's nagging me again and it's only been four days. I wonder if it's possible to assign Barbary to take care of what goes on outside the school. I have no intention of spending time outside. Bloody weather makes me feel ill enough as it is.
