Millsaps Cheerleaders Suck!
It's incredible. I really did not think they would be as bad as they are, but boy was I wrong. These girls struggle even getting into a half. I started with freaking liberties in group stunts on my first day at Coast, and got toss to hands partnering second day! There were numerous Division I schools at the camp at Bama. After seeing all of those incredible squads, I realized that I would absolutely love to be Alabama or LSU where the students and cheerleaders actually have school spirit! However, I am not that fortunate. I really hope I like Millsaps. I know that I will have a step up getting jobs and getting into Medical School and such because I am attending Millsaps, but I dont know if I will enjoy my time. There were eight members of the squad that were not at camp including 4 guys. That's just completely ridiculous. The camp should be mandatory, and the school needs to pay for it. I don't care if we are a Division III school; we do have enough money. It was just frustrating that I paid that money and hardly learned anything. I did, however, receive a wonderful workout for it. A girl from Pensacola Junior College let me stunt with her for a little bit on Saturday night. That made me happy just to get someone up. It was easy too. I'll just have to work with my girls and get them better. It will be good to have Pete too because he is a former ACE (Alabama Cheer Elite) member for a few years. His skill far exceeds mine. We will get those girls to be good or get them to quit. I don't want to be embarrassed at the basketball games because they look like shit. It will just to some work, which I am up for!
