Bad news...my best friend in this whole world, even though sometimes I don't act as a good friend to her,linds_korman has left me. She deleted. Linds, sissy, please come back to me!

In other news, I have been one busy bee! My family was in town this week. We celebrated our own LA style Romano Thanksgiving. I tell you, we are true Italians at heart. Sure we had our Turkey, the stuffing, the cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, and the pumpkin pie, but we also had pasta, and lots of it, with breadsticks on the side. Seriously my family should be in an Olive Garden commercial!
My family left yesterday, to go back to Massachussetts, which is great because I feel like I'm leading my own life now. I mean even when I lived in NYC, my mom could stop in whenever she wanted to. Now I've found that independence that I've yearned for, still keeping close family ties. Like I said, we are and Italian family at heart and thats what Italians are familia.
Today I visited a local orphanage. I want to adopt all of the little children I met today, because their hearts are huge, and so undaunted. My favorite little one was Olivia. I wanted to sneak her away with me. She is the cutest little thing. She's seven years old, and very smart for her age. But what got to me was she loves Kim Possible. Ok so I don't know how many of you actually watch KP, but her motto is "She can do anything." and little Olivia truly believes this. She is so mesmorized my Kim, Kim is her idol, and she said one day she wants to be a good person like Kim and save the world. And what she sad last is she wants to make sure every little kid can have good mommies and daddies. I had to leave the room when she said that because she made me cry. If I was responsible enough, I would've adopted her. But I do want to help find her a good home, a family. So I talked to Olivia's case worker, told her how much she means to me, and I get to go to any meetings Olivia has, for potential parents. I get to be a part of her life and that makes me so happy. *smiles*
Tomorrow is a big day, and I'm all pooped out. Sweet dreams.
