poof studies
so i'm sitting in the poof, and i am listening, or rather, not listening at all, to this alcohol Edu thing i have to complete before initiation tonight. blah. did you know that alcohol affects your hypothalmus (?!), which is what makes you have to pee more? acutally, that might be a lie, i heard, "urination" and payed attention, but i was to late to catch the fact.
so we have to wear all white. (this is initiation into Tri-Delt, incase anyone actually ends up reading this and is wondering what initation i am talking about.) Do you have any idea how hard it is to find ANYTHING white in november?? let me tell you, impossible. I ended up getting this white skirt, which is super comfy. its one of those ones that kind of floofs out in a mushroom-esque fashion, usually they are short, but this one is longer and i love it.
so here's a fun fact: today it is 20 degrees colder in AZ than it is in vermont. my world is upside down. i was planning on calling my mom to inform her that i'm not coming home for christmas, because i can't handle worse weather than it is here today. i was going to pitch my idea of having christmas in hawaii, but sure enough it she was raking the lawn in a tee-shirt today. vermont is so odd.
2-year anniversary tomorrow. crazy. 2 years is such a long time, but whenever i tell anyone they are like "two years? that's it?". i guess people assume that since we were together in highschool that automatically means all four years or something.
so i can't even wait for vacation (minus the cold weather of course). this semester was too much work for my life. i'm sooo over it. I have so much to do in these two weeks though its insane. for one thing, i have to apply for study abroad for both summer and fall. This is going to be my travel schedule, it's insanely lovely: starting next week...
December: Fly home to VT
January: Back to AZ
March: Fly to Cabo, Mexico for spring break, then back to AZ
May: Fly to Orvieto, Italy
July: Back to Az for a week
then: To California for a week
then: To Australia
September/october: to New Zealand, and maybe Tazmania, then back to AU
Novemeber: To VT
January: Back to AZ
and there you have it. there also might be another VT trip sqeezed into the summer. am i going to be a jet setter or what though?
eeh, i should start paying attention so i dont fail the test at the end of this thing. slash i'm hungry so i'm going to make a sandwich. orr maybe just have pumpkin pie...
