I have over $700 in my savings account towards the goal of getting my own apartment on January 2. I am looking for either a studio or 1BR that includes heat/hot water and doesn't cost more than $700/mo.
Believe it or not this is a realistic goal.
By January 2 I should have almost $2K saved up so $1400 will go to the downpayment and the remaining money will go to whatever...
