Barnaby Rudge
OK, I just had to mention that in spite of me being a huge Charles Dickens fan, I'm finding my current read, Barnaby Rudge, excruciating to plod my way through.
Does anything ever HAPPEN in this book?
I haven't been this bored reading a book since reading Moby Dick 7 years ago, which is easily my least favorite novel of all time. I'll finish it though. I'm stubborn like that. I can't ever not finish a novel, for some reason, it's like I have a sense of obligation or something, though to whom I have no idea...
Maybe it will get better in the second half?
