My apartment smells really nice right now, and being bored, I thought I'd blog about why. I write on occasion about the stuff I cook, but I never post pictures. I have a few friends who do, and I actually find it interesting sometimes, and at others, appetizing

So yeah it was pretty much awesome. The sauce in particular was very nice. This dish clearly works better with white wine than with red. I made almost the identical thing last week using Primitivo, and while good, it just didn't look right and the sauce was too, I dunno...rich or heavy for the rest of it.
