A quick tally reveals that I've had 58 of these things. There are quite a few that I'd be perfectly willing to try, maybe a couple I'd rather not...

Funny that Andouillette is on this list, I was joking with someone just yesterday about serving this to them, after they asked that I not serve them stomach offals. "Do you know why they call them offals? Maybe it's because they TASTE offal!"

Really happy to see that Poutine made the list. That's awesome. Had I written it though, I'd have substituted Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee with Kopi Luwak. It's far more rare and adds a substantial dose of "eww!" into the equation, in keeping with the spirit of many items on this list. And no, I've never had it. I'd drink it in a heartbeat though if offered the chance.
