New Orleans
sajuka and I are going to be visiting New Orleans at the end of the month for a wedding. The wedding is Sunday, and there's a social and probably some debaucherous bachelor(ette) parties on Saturday. So we will basically have Thursday evening, Friday, Saturday morning, and all of Monday to ourselves. The wedding is at the Audubon Zoo, and our hotel is on St. Charles about a mile east of the zoo.
Neither of us has ever been there before. What should we do? Do we need a car? What sections of the city should be avoided?
