Oh the weather outside is frightful...
We're in for one heck of a storm this afternoon and evening. There are already 2 inches in the parking lot and it's only been snowing for an hour. The hubby called me at 1 to say they were sending everyone home from work. He isn't home yet. Not surprising, since I left for the post office right after he called and just now got back - and there wasn't much of a line to speak of at the post office.
You'd think New Englanders had never seen snow before. Oh, right. New Englanders just don't know how to drive, period.
Good thing we went grocery shopping the other day and have food in the house again. :)
On the Christmas/package front, Dad's and Brother's gifts are in the mail. Angie's is on it's way to Scotland. And the 3 SWC pins I sold last week are on their way to sunny California.
We're still awaiting a box for each of the mothers (DHL and UPS), and I have a few more to wrap that arrived yesterday, but I do have all of my Christmas shopping and crafting done. All of it! I'm so proud of myself! Usually I'm hitting a store on Christmas Eve for a last minute gift for someone, but not this year! (Unless I forgot someone... :p) With any luck the mothers' gifts will arrive today (though with the snow I won't hold my breath) so I can get everything boxed up and ready to ship off to its respective destination.
