Silver linings
On the bright side, my Amazon order shipped today, and the water bottle I lost left on the train Thursday afternoon got turned into Lost and Found. I checked yesterday morning, not expecting them to have it, but they did. :-)
No Guild Wars tonight, as sajuka is playing in a rather intensive strategy game at work today that always leaves him rather brain-fried. I'll either work on my story or perhaps entice him to play the Champions of Norrath sequel, which celiskywalker gave me on Saturday during our belated Christmas gift exchange. We haven't finished the original yet (second time through), but we will need to play the new game once through on the easiest level first in order to unlock the next difficulty level anyway, so we created new characters on Saturday and played it for a short while before the Superbowl. Eventually we will finish the original game, and then import those characters into the new game on the second difficulty level. There are two new classes in the new game, one is a Druid/Ritualist, and the other is basically a feline warrior. I have a barbarian warrior in the previous game, which I adore because she can dual wield and kick major butt, so I just created a feline warrior that is pretty much the same, with some axe throwing abilities and berserker rampages.
So that was a nice amount of geekiness there. I should go back to work now. *sheepish look*
